About the Role
The Cash Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies for the bank’s Cash Management, Trade Finance, and Working Capital solutions. The role focuses on managing the complete product lifecycle, strengthening the bank’s market position, improving customer experience, and ensuring products remain competitive and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, the successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, enhance existing products, and deliver innovative financial solutions that meet the evolving needs of corporate and institutional clients.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will lead the strategic planning, development, and commercialization of transaction banking products while ensuring alignment with the bank’s global objectives. The role includes managing the complete product lifecycle from design and implementation through performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities also include conducting market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends in order to develop competitive product offerings. The successful applicant will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to introduce innovative solutions that improve customer value and strengthen the bank’s market position.
In addition, the Cash Product Manager will oversee product financial performance by managing budgets, driving revenue growth, increasing customer acquisition and retention, and optimizing profitability. The position also requires ensuring that all products comply with regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate product documentation, supporting governance processes, and collaborating with operational teams to improve efficiency and service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent professional qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or another related field.
Candidates should have proven experience in product management within the banking or financial services industry, with prior experience in Transaction Banking considered a significant advantage.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Cash Management, Trade Finance, Working Capital solutions, banking operations, and financial regulations. Experience in product lifecycle management, market analysis, risk management, and commercial strategy is highly desirable.
