About the Role
The Human Resources Officer will work closely with the Director of Human Resources and the Human Resources Manager to support the hotel’s HR operations and strategic objectives. The role focuses on employee recruitment, onboarding, staff engagement, performance support, and maintaining accurate employee records while ensuring all human resource activities are carried out efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist in recruiting and onboarding frontline employees while ensuring that new team members receive comprehensive orientation programmes in line with the hotel’s standards. The role also involves maintaining an up-to-date database of employee records and potential candidates to support future recruitment needs.
Additional responsibilities include coordinating employee welfare, sports, and social activities, assisting with the preparation of the Human Resources budget, responding to employee inquiries and concerns, preparing periodic HR reports, maintaining confidential employee records, and collaborating with various departments to support daily human resource operations.
The Human Resources Officer will also work alongside the LIFE Committee to organize staff engagement activities that promote teamwork, employee satisfaction, and a positive working environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should possess a university degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
Previous experience in a similar Human Resources role is required, with experience in the hospitality industry considered a strong advantage.
Candidates should also demonstrate computer literacy, while experience using computerized payroll systems will be an added benefit. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
