Nomination Requirements
Candidates must be nominated by an eligible shareholder who is entitled to attend and vote at the shareholders’ meeting. The nomination must include the shareholder’s formal proposal together with the candidate’s written consent confirming their willingness to serve as a Board Member if elected.
The nomination should also include an up-to-date curriculum vitae that complies with the requirements of the Companies Act and the company’s Memorandum and Articles of Association (MEMARTS).
