Key Responsibilities
Depending on the position, successful applicants will be responsible for planning and supervising underground mining activities, operating heavy mining equipment, conducting mine surveys, supporting engineering designs, transporting materials, drilling development headings, handling explosives safely, maintaining underground infrastructure, and assisting production teams during daily operations.

Qualifications
Educational and professional requirements vary depending on the position applied for.
Engineering and supervisory positions generally require a Degree or Diploma in Mining Engineering, Mine Surveying, or another relevant discipline together with significant underground mining experience. Equipment operator positions require relevant competency certificates, practical experience operating underground mining machinery, and valid Tanzanian driving licences where applicable.
Graduate applicants for the Underground Mining Engineer position should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering and demonstrate a willingness to develop their careers within underground mining operations.
General Requirements
